I have always had an issue of being consistent and joining onto Georgie’s course with Coached By G really helped with staying consistent she was there when you needed some help or more info with quick replies. The 4 weeks have been great, and I can really see a massive improvement with my body but with my mental state too. The gym sessions were enjoyable and you could adapt them if you needed some extra weight and higher or lower reps, plus the recipes on my meal plan were incredible! 😍 She gave amazing advice all which I will take on and learn from 🙂 thank you xx

I am Georgie, approachable and kind, with huge understanding and compassion of the struggles we face keeping strong and healthy.
I have a high end degree level BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and am a fully qualified, experienced Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach. I have 5 years experience in classes and coaching, including being a Blaze instructor at David Lloyd.
My experience through playing Sport has given me inside knowledge of what it takes to regain strength and fitness and reducing body weight appropriately after injury.
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I am a CIMSPA registered practitioner committed to further professional development and hold full liability insurance.
